Living Waters Learning Center

At Living Waters Learning Center, we strive to provide high-quality, faith-based childcare in a nurturing and structured environment. Tuition rates reflect the cost of staffing, meals, supplies, and daily operations necessary to care for your child with excellence.

Weekly Tuition

• Full-Time Care: $220.00 per week

Tuition is charged weekly and secures your child’s enrolled space at LWLC.

Fees

• Registration Fee: $100.00 (due at enrollment)

• Annual Supply Fee: $75.00 per child

  • Due by January 30th each year

• Late Pick-Up Fee: $1.00 per minute after 6:00 p.m. that a child remains in our care

• Late Payment Fee: $50.00 applied to balances unpaid after 6:00 p.m. on Friday

• Returned Check Fee: $50.00

CCAP

Living Waters Learning Center accepts CCAP. Families utilizing CCAP are responsible for all required parent copays and any balances not covered by the subsidy.

Important Tuition Policies

• Tuition is due regardless of attendance, including absences, holidays, or weather-related closures.

• Enrollment fees and supply fees are non-refundable.

• Tuition reserves your child’s space, staffing, and classroom placement.

• Failure to remain current on tuition may result in suspension or termination of care.
